About Us

Nutriology: The Health Box started out as a platform intent on sharing health information in a number of areas related to lifestyle management. This vision has evolved to a private practice offering lifestyle management services.

Whilst working as part of multidisciplinary teams, gaining experience in both the public and private sectors, our Wellness Director recognized that there was a health service gap. People with Noncommunicable Chronic Diseases were in need of services to help them manage their risk factors all in one place, with a dedicated individual or team. And so, Nutriology:The Health Box Limited was born.

We are a team of healthcare professionals trained in varying disciplines with credentials ranging from Bachelors to Masters level. Our Nutrition Programs are overseen by our team member who holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, bringing over a decade of clinical nutrition experience to the table.
As you work with us to improve your wellness, you will be supported by our Clinical Physiologist who holds a Master degree in Clinical Physiology with a specialization in Cardiac Rehabilitation.

To date, Noncommunicable Chronic Diseases, which include cardiovascular disease and diabetes, are the leading cause of death and disability in the Caribbean region. Unfortunately, these diseases lead to premature death, and contrary to opinion, are affecting persons who are still in the productive years of their lives. NCDs pose threats to the health of the Caribbean people, as well as the socioeconomic development of our small island states. The time to be proactive about our health was yesterday, hence we seek to partner with you today, to ensure that your tomorrow is one where you can enjoy a better quality of life.
